We are contracted with Medicare, Tricare, Oregon Medicaid, and most commercial insurance carriers operating in our area. Copays for contacted plans are dictated by your insurance plan and must be paid at the time of the visit. For plans that do not have a direct contract with us or plans that require you to see a particular PCP (primary care provider) not part of our practice, we require full payment at the time of visit. We will bill your insurance company and we will refund you any overpayment after your insurance pays. Or, you can get direct reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your benefits.
